Polly a Melbourne intuition, and one of the city’s oldest cocktail bars still holds her own against the new-comers – winning Time Out Magazine’s People Choice 2016. Today, Polly boasts an expansive range of cocktails on the menu, customers are encouraged to challenge the bar tenders to create new classic or re-invigorate old favourites. In addition, Polly has an ever growing assortment of cigars which customers are welcome to take away or enjoy with one of our more exclusive bottles behind the bar.

Famous for its plush décor and 1920s French boudoir interior, there are plenty of comfortable couches to relax in while you taste your way through their extensive cocktail list. Polly is not your average cocktail lounge; with more of a relaxed feel earlier in the evening this venue really kicks off around midnight – open until 3am on the weekends leaves you plenty of time to enjoy this old beauty.
