Our chefs use authentic spices (spices of India), specially grounded and blended, to enhance the flavor and aroma of the preparations. We purchase fresh (Halal) Australian meat – Lamb, Beef and Chicken. Our vegetables and fresh produce comes from our local Brisbane market, Rocklea. Head chef, Hardip Singh, is well respected for his experience of over 20 years in preparing some of the most delicious Indian Curries. Owner, Sudhir Shetty has taken a hands on approach to ensure that you, as a customer, are guaranteed excellent service by the entire Spice of India team.
