It is the club's principle dining area offering guests Italian cuisine and an impressive wine, beer and cocktail list. Daily specials from $10 are popular with the CBD working folk. Catch some live entertainment at 565 Cocktail Bar on Saturday evenings. Joe's also has a private section catering for up to 60 guests.

Dragons Fortune Bar - Open daily, offering a range of hot and cold beverages and bar snacks from 12pm-2.30pm and from 5.30pm in the afternoon.

Starlight's Bar - Open daily. A first class bar facility, with tap beer, hot and cold beverages, cocktails and snacks. Here you'll find TAB, Sportsbet, Plasma screens, Keno, Foxtel, Sky and pool tables for your sporting entertainment.

Island Cocktail Bar & Piano Lounge - Perfect for an exotic cocktail or pre-dinner drink. Happy hour is between 5pm & 6.30pm, with cocktails from $6.

Burgundy's Bar is an intimate bar area, available for members and their guests for special functions. It has a stage, DJ Box and dancefloor lighting. There are also 3 conference rooms, suitable for groups of 20-200. The largest will accommodate 200 guests for cocktail parties, lunches,dinners, fundraising nights seminars. It has a permanent stage, audio visual equipment and sound system. 2 bars can service this space if required.
