Corrosion Casting

In this two day workshop with Gavin Burland from Rest in Pieces you will learn: Day One - How to prepare and ID anatomy, learn to tie off and resin inject a sheep’s heart, and learn how to chemically macerate your specimen; and Day Two - Prepare your own pre-macerated specimen for mounting and learn the basics of installation. Each participant will leave this workshop with a deeper knowledge of this fascinating scientific process and your very own corrosion cast heart in a glass dome.
