Peter and Theresa have lived and worked in the Chatswood area for twenty years. The open kitchen is representative of our passion "The theatre of the kitchen". Our cuisine is based around seasonal availability, matched with classical technique.

When choosing suppliers, three things are paramount - quality, consistency and reliability. Most of our suppliers have been with us over the long term; some are well known industry names, while others are smaller, passionate suppliers.

Great service with generous staff. I enjoyed the caper mayo dip so I asked for refills twice. Each time the staff was friendly and got for me quickly. The fish and chips was great and the dip as previously mentioned was delicious. The fish was tender and fried just right. Verdict: a great place to eat at around $20-$30 budget with also alcoholic drinks on the menu.
