The GUESTHOUSE on REGENT Bed & Breakfast is a family run GUESTHOUSE situated in the Caloundra CBD only 950m from the nearest Beach. Set on the 1ST FLOOR of a newly renovated Queenslander style house, the Bed & Breakfast Guesthouse has its own entrance, and is totally separate to the family home. In the upstairs part of the main building, we offer rooms of different sizes with shared bathrooms to suit all budgets. The area includes a spacious outdoor patio with outdoor seating and dining area to enjoy meals or a drink at the end of the day. All guests have the full use of the upstairs guest kitchen (shared with other guests) for the preparation of all their meals. Breakfast is available on request but not included in the room rate. Limited onsite parking is available on a 1st to arrive basis shared with other guests- one vehicle only per room booked. Michelle and Atem, the owners of this family run business, live onsite so never far away if you need anything else at all during your stay.
