Lighthouse Beach

Lighthouse Beach is seven kilometres south of Port Macquarie, it's a nine kilometre stretch of south-east facing sand, home to a series of hospitable beach breaks. The best waves can be found at the more sheltered northern end, which unusually, loves a north-east swell and north-east breeze. Lighthouse Beach Holiday Village has beach bungalows, cabins and camping/caravan sites, plus a pool, café, and camp kitchen. This is the place to stay for golfers too, with Port Macquarie Golf Club's 18 hole championship course situated close by.
