The Nitmiluk Gorge is made up of 13 separate gorges. This maze of waterways has been sculpted from the sandstone over countless millennia by the Katherine River. Experience the beauty, history and culture of the Northern Territory’s Nitmiluk National Park.
Our Cultural Safari Tours combine the knowledge of our River Guides, with the lifestyle of our Cultural Team.
Groups of up to 8 guests will be guided through gorges, and along the way, they will receive information from our Tour Guide as well as a first hand cultural perspective from our Cultural Staff Member.Â
There will be time to view ancient Jawoyn RockArt, and be shown traditional customs used in generations passed – some of which are still used today!
Depending on the time of year, a chance for a refreshing swim may even be possible.
Tour Includes: Picnic Breakfast & your choice of cold drinks
