The experience begins in the Alternate Realties Museum on the ground floor of the d’Arenberg Cube, where a hosted tour will take you through a space filled with wall to wall art installations designed to excite and awaken your senses.
Every vineyard is unique. The soil, underlying geology, altitude, proximity to the ocean, age of the vines and the techniques used by the grape-grower all influence the flavours in the grapes and the resulting wines. The single vineyard flight will showcase a selection of 6 wines that capture the essence of a unique patch of dirt and speak volumes of the site and vintage, celebrating the importance of place and the art of winemaking. A selection of locally sourced cheeses will be served with each flight.
