Sydney Chocolate School Chocolate Making

Learn the art of hand tempering chocolate on marble. Make a range of chocolate treats to take home and receive a certificate at the end of your class.
Chocolates include making your own chocolate bar, raspberry hearts, lollipops with artwork and giant freckles!
Suitable for adults and children 12 and over
(Family groups, friend groups or groups of children if younger than 12 of 6 or more can be booked for a private class)

Itinerary

You will hand temper milk chocolate on marble. You will make a range of chocolates including bars, raspberry hearts, lollipops with artwork and freckles! All the chocolates made go home with the class participants! you will receive a certificate.
All classes 2.00 - 3.30pm.
Bring your own apron; long hair back and non-slip shoes please.
Private classes can be other dates and times
Minimum 6 participants in each group
