Southern Highlands Craft Beer Brewery Tour From Sydney

A craft brewery experience that is truly unique! Be part of the beer making process as you harvest hops at the farm and learn the skills of artisan beer production followed by lunch at their award winning Taphouse accompanied by their local craft ales. Tour is 5 hours plus travel time.

Our chauffeur driven, air conditioned vehicle will collect you from your hotel and transfer you in style to the beautiful Southern Highlands.

Your tour starts with harvesting hops at the brewery where you experience the entire process from field to malting, brewing and hopyard. 

Enjoy tasting the different styles and flavours of craft beer.  Morning tea is also included.

This experience is followed by a leisurely lunch at their Taphouse restaurant in Moss Vale.

Enjoy a shared plate menu prepared by their award winning chef with each dish accompanied by a perfectly matched beer.

Includes one sampler consisting of 4 x200ml per guest (Aust Blonde/American Pale Ale/Porter/Celtic).
