Sweetwater Pool

Sweetwater Pool is the last campsite reached along the iconic Jatbula Trail, a 62 kilometre long bushwalking trail in Nitmiluk National Park (Katherine Gorge) that starts at Katherine Gorge and finishes at Leliyn / Edith Falls. The Sweetwater Pool campsites are well appointed with toilets and an Emergency Call Device (ECD) located close by. Here you will find many pools to choose from to cool off and catch the stunning reflections across the still waters. Sweetwater Pool can also be reached by a short 4.5 kilometre walk from Leliyn / Edith Falls. If you plan to walk to and camp overnight at Sweetwater from Leliyn / Edith Falls, you will need to check availability through Leliyn / Edith Falls Campground as these campsites are reserved for Jatbula trail walkers....
