Redfern is solidifying its place as one of Sydney's top small bar hubs, and Arcadia Liquors is fortifying this borough's standing. Located on the corner of Regent and Redfern streets, David Jank and Brett Pritchard have created a clean and deceptively large space, decorated with handsome wooden finishes and a small beer garden out back. There is a simple bar food menu (gourmet toasties and spiced nuts), but it is the booze 'carte du jour' that steals the lime light. Beer-lovers tap the flow of Spaten Lager from Munich while the mulled wine has customers coming back for more.
