Albury Chamber Music Festival

Welcome to the first Annual Albury Chamber Music Festival! This exciting new event aims to bring Australia's finest performers to the Border for a series of seven wonderful recitals over three days. Come along to see performances by Australia's leading mezzo-soprano Sally-Anne Russell, Melbourne's newest most exciting string quartet the Quartz Quartet, Sydney's established and highly acclaimed Acacia Quartet, Melbourne organist Rhys Boak, and the Ensemble in Residence for the festival The Orpheus Piano Trio. There will be a free to the public masterclass workshop for local up-and-coming performers, and guest appearances by Josephine Vains (cellist with the Firebird Trio), Stephen O'Connell (local saxophonist/composer) and Khayl Picard (clarinet), a former Albury High School student who is currently completing his final year of Music study at the Sydney Conservatorium....
