The Food Luddite Kitchen Studio and Cooking School is located in the iconic food and wine destination of the Barossa Valley. With a focus on fresh local ingredients and traditional methods of preparation they aim to pry open the door to the secrets of creating simply delicious food. You will be able to select from a range of subjects from the website and importantly all classes are limited to a maximum of six participants at any one time with private classes available by arrangement. All sessions are hands on and conducted by highly regarded Chef and regional food champion Mark McNamara. During a four hour class Mark will guide you on your chosen culinary journey, providing you with the opportunity to reconnect with the very essence of good food and to garner the skills and confidence to create food memories for family and friends.
