Mill About Vineyard

You're welcome to visit Mill About Vineyard - a family-owned small vineyard and winery. We'll show you our vines - grown with no chemicals - the 90 year old non-irrigated Grenache and Muscat alongside new plantings of Saperavi and Mataro. We'll tell you the story of the vineyard - from when we bought it 10 years ago, very neglected and sad-looking - to today, and what we think its future might be. You can try our wines - in a tiny winery where music is as important as wine itself. "Nothing added, nothing taken away" describes our wines best - made by old methods, from hand-picked grapes only, with no additives or preservatives. Our winemaking is gentle and guided by Nature, so our wines can tell the story of the Southern Barossa land where the grapes are grown. You can take a walk in our gardens - always in a work-in-progress state. We're happy to share with you what we know about wine and our ongoing learning of the winemaking art, and to hear about your experiences in the world of wine. We are open by appointment.
