Highbury Apartments

Highbury Apartments, circa 1850s, offers six self contained apartments on a unique hillside location with magnificent views of Launceston, Cataract Gorge and the Tamar Valley. The spacious, character-filled apartments combine many period features with contemporary amenities to create a comfortable interesting place to stay. All apartments have ample close car parking, private north or west facing decks, and individual entrances. The large one and two bedroom apartments all have one bathroom with laundry facilites, fully equipped kitchens and spacious dining and sitting areas. The apartments have different bedding configurations. Sleeping one to four guests in a combination of queen, double and single beds. The upstairs apartments have panoramic views. The Penthouse Apartment has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a stunning 180 degree view of Launceston. Free Wi-Fi and a first morning continental breakfast is provided. A five-minute walk takes you to the Aquatic Centre, St Georges Square Park, a cafe, a milk bar and a butcher shop. A ten-minute downhill walk will take you to the centre of Launceston.
