Alluvion Beach Cottage is a self-contained waterfront beach house at Swanwick on Tasmania's East Coast. The cottage is set beside the picturesque Swan River estuary only a few kilometres from Coles Bay township and the iconic Freycinet National Park and Wineglass Bay.
The cottage sleeps up to seven in two queen rooms and one twin room that also has a portable single bed. A cot and high chair are available for hire for guests with young families and the house is fully furnished, including a well-equipped kitchen, digital television and DVD player. Movies, books, music CDs and board games are supplied for your enjoyment along with linen and towels. With a deck, barbecue and wood heater this is a cottage for all seasons.
This property gives scope to enjoy the local birdlife and the garden, which runs down to a child friendly beach. For the activity-minded guest two kayaks are available for hire, fishing rods are available for the beach and golf clubs are provided for use on the nearby nine-hole course.
