Alice's Palace Ocean Grove

Alice's Palace is in Ocean Grove's golden triangle, on the beach side of the main road. It is one of the closest properties to the main surf beach (with Surf Life Saving Club) and a short walk to shops and river. Newly renovated in October 2017, it has an open-plan living area with a gas log fire leading out to a deck and native garden with barbecue. It is sunny, relaxed and elegant, has fast NBN WiFi, linen and bath towels supplied, and 12:00pm checkout. All welcome: small groups, families, business travelers, LGBTQI. Downstairs has a big L-shaped leather lounge, 55 inch television, Chromecast, Bluetooth sound-bar, DVD player with quality DVDs, dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, extra sitting area, and a bathroom. Upstairs has three bedrooms with new beds and quality mattresses with protectors, a bathroom and a balcony. A study nook is coming soon. Outside has garden furniture and a barbecue in a lovely native bush setting with shade trees out the back, and a lawn out the front. Take the Osborne Street exit off Barwon Heads-Ocean Grove Road, turn right into Inskip Street and you are at Alice?s Palace....
